This blog was registered several years ago with the intention of posting regularly, and after a several year long hiatus, here we are!
The title refers to a concept present in every aspect of life, but rarely sufficiently appreciated - that some mistakes are inevitable, not because of poor decision making, but because of incomplete information. I may post a follwup on this idea at some point, but I suspect my thinking will become apparent and that no grand overarching post will be necessary. Hopefully at least.
